How to replace the pump shaft ?

Step 1 : Take the kit out as instructed below.
Step 2 : Remove the strainer followed by the other pump components, one at a time, until you see the damaged shaft. Then take the shaft out.
Step 3 : Fit the new shaft, then fit back the previously removed components, making sure that the part blocking the shaft support in place is tightened by a quarter of turn. Finally, refit the strainer.
