{"id":5,"date":"2015-11-18T13:00:47","date_gmt":"2015-11-18T12:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/instructionsosv2\/?p=1"},"modified":"2016-02-26T15:35:03","modified_gmt":"2016-02-26T14:35:03","slug":"vidange","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/instructionsow.com\/en\/vidange\/","title":{"rendered":"How to empty the parts washer ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>WITH A DRUM EMPTYING PUMP OR ASPIRATOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><iframe width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tdylxRZ2-eY?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1 :<\/strong> Take out the stainless steel plate from the soaking tank, the black washbasin lid, the basket filter and the bag filter.<\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Step 2 :<\/strong> Put the drum emptying pump or the aspirator in place and drain any waste liquid from the empty drums.<\/br><\/p>\n<h3><strong>WITHOUT A DRUM EMPTYING PUMP OR ASPIRATOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><iframe width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6KQbgHMKKWg?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1 :<\/strong> Start the emptying process by fitting the tool holder into an empty drum, then run the pump until the min. level is reached.<\/br><br \/>\n<strong>NOTE :<\/strong> from <strong>4.6 and above<\/strong>, as soon as the level is reached, hold the control button down until the pump is disabled. This will drain off more liquid, making emptying easier.<\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Step 2 :<\/strong> Lift the parts washer (e.g. using a forklift truck), then release the pipe at the back and take out the lid.<\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Step 3 :<\/strong> Pour the rest of the waste liquid into the disposal drums.<\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Step 4 :<\/strong> For optimal finishing, rinse the inside of the parts washer with fresh water and repeat <strong>step 3<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WITH A DRUM EMPTYING PUMP OR ASPIRATOR Step 1 : Take out the stainless steel plate from the soaking tank, the black washbasin lid, the basket filter and the bag filter.
